Alison has worked in the Voluntary and Community Sector for over 20 years delivering training and development support. Her professional, informal and interactive style enables people to learn rather than be taught.

A consummate encourager, Alison uses storytelling and the sharing of her own experiences  to connect with her audience and is confident sharing on a one to one basis or with larger groups.  With an engaging sense of humour, Alison ensures that everyone enjoys listening to and interacting with her easy presentation style.

Since discovering Laughter Yoga and learning to really take care of her own wellbeing, Alison has embraced the concept and now shares Laughter Yoga with others.

About Dubries

Dubries is a business created and owned by me, Alison Orr. Why ‘Dubries’? Well, its a word that I have in my vocabulary and is used regularly when I cannot bring to mind the word that I really need. So, basically it can mean anything and in this case sums up the many aspects of the Dubries offer. In essence the aim of Dubries is to encourage people to develop, be their own person, and be the best they can be.
